FREE VACUMES. Pay for the car wash then find out that they have 4 vacumes, 1 worked but smelled like puke. I thinknthey can do better.

I took my car through the car wash and when I came back out on the other side, 90% of the bug guts that were on the windshield, were still there and the soap on my mirrors was not rinsed off. I was going to go back and ask for a re-do but 4 people were in line ahead of me and I would have been late to my next appointment. VERY disappointed!

The kids were friendly. I tipped them three dollars and they didn’t even scrub the bugs off the front. I get to the bank and missed one whole side of the fender the blue stuff streaked all the way down my car. The car wash used to be awesome, but not no more just don’t do a good job. That’s the second time

The staff has always been friendly. Full wash w/ tires is $16 and there are cheaper prices too. Never a long wait. This is a drive thru carwash. Takes less than 10 minutes.

After the car wash near my house for some reason decided I couldn't go through tonight because of my roof rack I drove a little further to Roberson based on reviews. First of all, all the "kids" working there were polite and weren't just standing around. It was about an hour before closing on a busy day so I'm sure they were ready to be done but everyone had some pep in their step. The only person I talked to and paid was friendly. Now as far as the wash, it didn't get my rig spotless. I'll have to hand wash tomorrow but I was expecting that. My rig was pretty filthy and isn't the easiest for automated washing to get clean. All the typical spots were still dirty. There are water spots on the glass. Some of the colored soap was still in the hood. That being said, it got my rear hatch cleaner than I expected it to. Added bonus was the free vacuums. Wasn't planning on it but did a quick once over since they were so convenient. Bottom line, it may seem odd that I'm happy with a wash that didn't get my rig clean but I had my expectations and they were met. I'm willing to bet in a more normal streamlined vehicle like my wife's it would have been perfect.
